New Patients
Dr. Wolfe welcomes new patients to his practice. He recommends that all new patients are referred by another health care provider to facilitate quicker and more efficient care. However, if you are not referred, Dr. Wolfe will still see a new patient one time as a consultation to determine if care can and should be provided. In general, Dr. Wolfe expects that all new patients live within 30 miles of his office.
MidOhio PainCare participates in almost all insurance plans. If Dr. Wolfe is not in your plan, please ask and he will usually sign up for your plan. Personal injury and self-pay patients are also welcome within certain guidelines. All new patients are expected to provide a state of Ohio-issued photo ID and valid insurance cards at the time of their visit. Co-pays are also expected at the time of service and may be paid with cash, check or credit card. Click on any of the subjects below for more information.
